Refund policy

5 Day Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

All exchanges and returns must be brought to our attention within 5 days after the package has been delivered. Buyer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for exchanges and returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please email sales@blackandjane.com for more information on our exchange and return policies. Please note, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on used or opened products. 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will do out best to resolve the issue or send replacements.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Personal care goods (such as beauty products or tools) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the cost of return shipping. Please note, it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
