Shipping policy

Standard shipping time is between 7-10 business days. If you do not receive your product within this time frame, please contact hello@blackandjane.com with your order number. All shipped orders include a tracking number.

Black and Jane is not responsible for lost or missing orders within transit or lost orders once tracking has marked the order as delivered. We will not file any claims on your behalf for missing or stolen orders.
